Ordering on ropethemoonjewelry.com is simple. After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your bag, your shopping bag will be displayed with all your items in it. When you are ready to complete your order you may proceed to checkout. Our ordering process is quick and is completely secure.
Payment information
All online orders must be paid with a credit card or thru Paypal. Customers are required to provide specific personal information for processing payment and the shipment of purchased items. The information you provide pertains to your name and billing address associated with the card used in the purchase and the shipping information for the order. Any information retained by ropethemoonjewelry.com and Rope the Moon Jewelry is only used to process payment, ship your order and contact you regarding your order if necessary.
Shipping & Delivery
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States and most places internationally.
Most orders will ship within 3 business days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder or sold out. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. Free shipping is always USPS. International Shipping is via USPS Int'l.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (additional information)
The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $15.00 USD. International shipping is done using USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. Delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Additionally, jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs, which may add time as well. A tracking number will be provided, but once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information. Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer.
PLEASE NOTE: at this time, we are not able to ship to (or accept credit cards from) Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Indonesia, Malaysia or North Korea. As of June 2014, new regulations have prohibited us from shipping to Israel, Palestine and Russia.
Please ensure your address is correct as Rope the Moon Jewelry can not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept items purchased from ropethemoonjewelry.com for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition.
Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
Items purchased through our retailers may be returned for repair. We will need a copy of your receipt and date of purchase.
